There are a lot of things I enjoy doing in photography. 

One that i don't think I've posted about is cosplay, 

Having attended Dragon Con in Atlanta the past 4 years I've got see a lot of people 

dressed up as their favorite characters.  Everything from Gumby, Battlestar Galatica to

Star Wars and Steam Punk.  

To date I've only had a chance to photograph people dressed in the Dragon Con parade (see images below)

Leisha J & The Epiphany Band Project

Had a chance last night to photograph Leisha J, and the Epiphany Band Project.  

Was a good night all around.  A chance to listen to some great music, and also do a little of what I

love, which i take pictures.

The venue was the Fox Pub @ Anderson, SC

The acoustics were great there!

If you are having an event, a wedding, or  anything where a little

blues and jazz would work.  She is the one to hire for the job!

I've had the chance to hear her play on several occasions.  It goes without saying that

she is great at what she does, and has a true passion for it! 

She does everything from events to weddings!

Leisha Joy Harvey is one of the most anomalous saxophonist on the jazz scene today. Born and raised in the upstate of South Carolina, Leisha is able to induce her style to any venue prevalently. Leisha's musical instructions began at the age of three studying Suzuki Method piano from the Yamaha School of Music. She started playing the saxophone at the age of twelve and performing while attending high school. In 1999 Leisha earned a BA in music from Brevard College in Brevard, NC. Leisha has performed throughout the southeast region at many venues and festivals. Her mellifluous riffs on the soprano, alto, and tenor, adds ear candy to any genre of music. From Jazz to Smooth Jazz, Blues to Rhythm & Blues, and from Easy Listening to Gospel, Leisha enthralls audiences in every performance.

Weather Photography

Weather photography is something I enjoy, but haven't really put much time into at this juncture.

I'm usually like everyone else, watching it from the comfort of a building or through someone else work

Given the recent cold weather here. I thought I would share a couple of new pictures along with a couple of old pictures I've taken.  Lighting is the most challenging as I need to get a better vantage point for my pictures, and also requires being a little closer to it. Don't have any snow, but some ice and frost pictures!
