Today I'm breaking away from my normal post on photography to ask one simple question.
Why hasn't the Legend of Sleepy Hallow that is from I think 1980 has never made it to dvd?
Don't get me wrong. I'm a big Johnny Depp fan. Pirates of the Caribbean, Edward scissor hands, Public Enemies to name but just a few, and of course his later version of
The Legend of Sleepy Hallow. Which is good in its on right!
Having said thatIi've always longed for that older version starring none other than Jeff Goldbum as. Ichabod Crane. Yesterday I searched online once again for that movie. Hoping to find it on dvd, but alas. I could only find it on vhs, and youtube.
At least I was able to find it.Although you can date this movie given its lack of special effects and old worn film look. For me the job done by Jeff Goldblum as the main character Is what i have measured all other actors by in that role.
I think a lot of it for me is that is brings back memories of a better time. At the age at which i was
when I watched the older version. I remember it being spooky, funny entertaining.
So why not have this at least on dvd?
